Канцелярия Священного Синода Румынской Православной Церкви в документе о защитных мерах против коронавируса, призвала священников совершать литургии на открытом воздухе, сообщает официальный сайт Румынского Патриархата. The Chancellery of the Holy Synod issued a document with protective measures against the new coronavirus (Covid-19) for all parishes and monasteries within the Romanian Patriarchate:

Священники должны уважать предписания властей относительно инфекции, но должны и обеспечить верующим возможность участвовать в литургии, считает Синод Румынской Церкви.

Канцелярия Священного Синода Румынской Православной Церкви в документе о защитных мерах против коронавируса, призвала священников совершать литургии на открытом воздухе, сообщает официальный сайт Румынского Патриархата.

В документе сказано, что священники должны «по возможности проконсультироваться с компетентными медицинскими работниками для определения мер по предотвращению распространения нового коронавируса (например, направить лиц, подозреваемых в гриппе, в медицинские учреждения; продезинфицировать двери и должным образом проветрить места богослужений)».

Также священникам дано указание «обеспечить в непосредственной близости от мест богослужений зону для гигиены рук с использованием чистящих средств (вода, мыло, дезинфицирующие средства и т.д.)».

Настоятели приходов должны «уважать меры, предписанные государственными органами, и сотрудничать с ними, обеспечивая при этом религиозную свободу верующих участвовать в литургической жизни Церкви и получать духовную помощь в церкви и дома».

«Во избежание скопления верующих в богослужебном помещении использовать внешние громкоговорители во время Божественной Литургии или совершать Божественную Литургию на открытом воздухе вблизи места богослужения», – говорится в документе.

Кроме того, Патриархия предписывает держать храмы открытыми «для верующих ежедневно в течение всей недели, чтобы священнослужители могли ответить на все просьбы верующих относительно исповеди, причастия и молитвы. Таким образом, толпы верующих удастся избежать во время богослужений по выходным».

Во время богослужений в храмах Румынского Патриархата будут читать специальную молитву о покаянии, об избавлении от нынешней эпидемии, о выздоровлении больных, о духовном укреплении медицинского персонала и лиц, способствующих профилактике и борьбе с эпидемией.

Ранее СПЖ писал, что Церковь Кипра призвала верующих воздержаться от литургий на три недели.

Post visual alerts at the entrance of churches with recommendations by the Ministry of Health on preventing the spread of the new coronavirus Covid-19.
Consult with competent medical professionals, where possible, to identify measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (e.g. guide persons suspected of flu to medical units; disinfect doors and properly ventilate the places of worship).
Provide an area for hand hygiene, with cleaning products (water, soap, disinfectants, etc.) in the proximity of the places of worship.
Respect the measures ordered by the public authorities and cooperate with them, while ensuring the religious freedom of the believers to participate in the liturgical life of the Church and to receive spiritual assistance in the church and at home.
In order to avoid the crowding of believers in the worship space, use external loudspeakers during the Divine Liturgy or celebrate the Divine Liturgy outdoors near the place of worship.
The places of worship will be open daily to the faithful throughout the week, so that the ministering priests may respond to all the requests of the believers regarding Confession, Communion and prayers. Thus, the crowding of believers will be avoided during weekend services.
During church services, before the dismissal, read the special prayer for repentance, for deliverance from the current epidemic, for the recovery of the sick and for the spiritual strengthening of the medical staff and the persons contributing to the prevention and combating of the epidemic.

Special prayer for the deliverance from the new epidemic:

Before the dismissal (Divine Liturgy, Vespers, Compline), the priest says: Let us pray to the Lord!

Believers: Lord, have mercy!

The priest reads this prayer facing East:

Lord, our God, Who are rich in mercy, and with your wise providence govern our life, hear our prayer, receive our repentance for our sins, stop the new infectious disease (the new epidemic), as You once ceased the punishment of Your people in the time of King David.

You, Who are the Physician of our souls and bodies, grant recovery to the sick, raising them hastily from the bed of suffering so that they may glorify You, our Merciful Saviour, and protect the healthy ones from any disease.

Bless, O Lord, strengthen and protect with Your grace all those who with philanthropy and sacrifice take care of the sick at their homes or in hospitals.

Remove all disease and suffering from among the people and teach us to value life and health as Your gifts.

Give us, o God, Your peace and fill our hearts with steadfast faith in Your protection, with hope in Your support and with love for You and our neighbour.

For it is Yours to have mercy on us and save us, our God, and to You we give glory: to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages.

Believers: Amen.
